Founded in January, 1996, Serenity Senior Support Services is a private geriatric care management agency serving elders, families and caregivers. Our clients live in San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno and Millbrae, California. We also serve long-distance caregivers throughout the United States who care for loved ones who live in our area. Adhering to the national Standards of Practice developed by the Case Management Society of America, Serenity Senior Support Services strives for excellence in everything that we do.
Our board-certified care managers meet the strict guidelines for education and experience needed to pass the national examination required by the Commission for Case Management Certification. This official recognition for Certified Case Managers, the C.C.M. credential, is known as the "gold standard" in the practice of case and care management. Accredited by the Better Business Bureau since 1996, Serenity Senior Support Services has earned an A+ rating.
